Sussex Apple Cider Vinegar made in Framfield
Bignose & Beardy (named after the two founders' finest attributes) are based in Framfield and make cider with local apples that would otherwise go to waste. This premium, low acidity vinegar is created from their wild fermented brews that have been allowed to spontaneously re-ferment before maturing for several years. It is a delicious, natural living product which many people believe has a myriad of health benefits as well as heaps of potential as an ingredient in dressings, cocktails and more.
