Making changes to your veg box

Friday afternoon is when your new veg box menu is published, this will show your veg box contents for the coming week. You can also add items to your basket, as well as swap items in and out to your upcoming order.

Adding items to your basket confirms your order is pending. However, you have up until your cut-off point to add and amend your box contents.

You will receive a final confirmation of your order at midnight on the day of your order deadline.

To allow for maximum efficiency with delivery rounds, we do not offer timed slots; however, your order will arrive on the same day each week, at roughly the same time. Our trusty drivers know their routes well and will soon get to know you!

Zero Emission Electric Van Deliveries

Deliveries to the following areas are predominantly made in our electric van:

Barcombe, Newick, Chailey, Lewes, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Hassocks, North Brighton, Shoreham, Seaford, Woodingdean, Peacehaven, Saltdean, Rottingdean, Newhaven, Kingston, Eastbourne.

We deliver throughout Brighton, Hove, Lewes, Eastbourne and the surrounding towns and villages.

Our deliveries are made in the most economic and environmentally friendly way possible, with the majority now zero emission, using a combination of electric van and last-mile electric bikes. When you register we will let you know which day to expect your box and ask you to provide any relevant information about your address to ensure safe receipt of your veg! We’re happy to come up with creative solutions if you’re worried about being out. Some customers with doorsteps right on the street leave a recycling box for us, so their Barcombe goods aren't obvious and stay sheltered from the weather (and any marauding seagulls!).
