
Join us on Saturday the 25th of October and our friends, Field Food, who will hosting an all day workshop in our events glasshouse. Guided by fermentation expert, Rachel de Thample, you'll learn how to make a variety of autumnal ferments and enjoy a nourishing lunch, all made from our freshly picked, organic produce. Rachel teaches fermentation at River Cottage, Petersham Nurseries and Plant Academy, so you'll be in the hands of a guru. It promises to be a lovely day of harvesting, fermenting and learning where you can take your cooking, and our produce, to a whole new level!
