Try this delicious dip which goes great with raw spring vegetables such as Radishes or our sweet and moreish salad turnips. Also try with raw bunched carrots which are coming into season very soon or any other fresh raw veg you fancy. This recipe can be knocked up in no time at all and is great for sharing with friends or family at a bbq!

Ingredients: 

 

1 bunch of Radishes

1 bunch of Salad turnips

Mint 20g (leaves removed from stalk)

200g Feta

4 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

Olive Oil

Black Pepper

Method: 

 

Step 1.

 

For this recipe you will need a blender, food processor or stick blender to whip the feta into a smooth consistency. To your blender add the feta, mint, Greek yoghurt, a drizzle of olive oil and a generous crack of black pepper.

 

Step 2.

 

Pulse gradually to start, then blend until smooth.

 

Step 3.

 

Prepare your raw veg cleaning and either cutting into equal size pieces or keeping whole, it’s entirely up to you!

 

Step 4.

 

Spoon the whipped feta into a bowl and serve alongside the raw vegetable crudites. Dip away and enjoy!
